conduit between you and the seller and that by clicking BUY you are actually
buying direct from the artist and helping to support the music you love. The
artist is responsible for the timely delivery of your goods, however we monitor
customer satisfaction closely and we would like your feedback on how well our
sellers do in providing you with what you ordered within the time specified for
delivery. Please allow 14 days for delivery as it is the nature of artists that
they are sometimes on the road and out of communication range for short
periods, especially when they're playing at festivals.
In the unlikely event of any problems with delivery we will be only too happy
to query the artist on your behalf. We offer our own money back guarantee which
covers non-delivery or delivery of damaged or faulty goods which comes into
force if we cannot resolve your query with the artist directly.
